Single Oven 

Double Oven

Choose the oven which will best suit your kitchen installation. 

Under the worktop: Single oven, grill and oven in one cavity. Compact oven for the single person or the smaller kitchen where space is at a premium. Built under double oven - two cavities - top conventional oven with grill and separate fan oven below - no housing required.

Cooking Functions
.
A powerful fan draws in air from the oven interior. The air is heated and forced out of stategically placed air ducts and circulates around each shelf. This forced-air system means lower temperatures can be used and little or no pre-heating is required. This method is ideally suited to roasting, batch baking and hot air grilling.

Fan Cooking

 

Heat is produced by two elements one at the top of the oven and the other in the base. Heat travels to the centre by natural conduction. This method is ideally suited to baking scones and pastry where a dark crisp finish is desired.

Conventional

 

A full size variable grill element is located in the roof of the oven. The grill is thermostatically controlled and will cycle on and off to maintain the required temperature. A healthy method of cooking where no additional fat is required. This method is ideal for gratin dishes, toast, thin pieces of meat, fish and poultry.

Grilling

 

The grill and fan operate alternately. The grill element cycles on and off and the oven fan distributes the heat produced by the grill. Cooking times will be reduced by 35-45%. This method is ideal for joints and poultry, where a rotisserie result is desired.

Grill & Fan together

 

Only the element in the floor of the oven will be used to produce heat in the oven. This method is ideal for pizza bases and pastry cases where a crisp underside is desired.

Bottom Heat only

The circotherm fan will circulate unheated air throughout the oven to shorten defrosting times. Ideal for defrosting delicate foods as well as fish and poultry.

Defrost setting

A special bread baking setting is available in some Neff ovens, the temperature is variable between 180 and 220'C. This is ideally suited to baking crusty bread with an open texture. Three levels of bread rolls can be baked at the same time.

Look out for Miele perfect clean, residue can be simply wiped away.    
       Stay Clean Liners For ease of cleaning: activated by heat and speed up process of burning off grease deposits.  
      

 

       Hydroclean An aid to cleaning your oven, brilliant for softening greasy residues, but it is not an oven cleaning system. Steam is produced from water and detergent placed in the oven. When cool, you can wipe over with a sponge. Environmentally friendly and uses very little energy.   
       Pyro Cleaners This feature heats the oven to 500'C and burns off any deposits, leaving a clean oven and a residue of fine ash which is easy to remove with a damp cloth. Choose this function and you'll never have to scrub the oven again. www.dedietrich.co.uk
