Warming Plates

Plate Warming Drawer.

Many dishes and drinks which should be served hot quickly lose their characteristic flavour as they cool. Cold china robs hot food and drink of its original heat with the result that aromas cease to unfold and flavour is lost.

That is why we warmly recommend the new built in plate warming drawer. As in a professional kitchen, it brings plates, cups, bowls and serving dishes quickly and evenly to the right temperature. Crockery can be independently warmed at the same time as the food is cooked, so you serve your food like a true professional.

With a stainless steel front, the drawers are easy to plan into any kitchen as they combine with other appliances to fit a standard sized unit. The smooth running drawer pulls right out to give you a complete view of the interior. It is easy to load and unload and the non-slip base of the drawer ensures that crockery will sit firmly in place.

Temperatures can be adjusted between 30' and 70' and there is an integrated hot air fan. It comes in two sizes - 14cm high for 6 full place settings/20 dinner plates or 29cm for twice as much.
